These terms of use govern access to and use of the website www.frameokitchens.com, the FRAMEO configurator, the planning tools and customer accounts (“my.FRAMEO”), provided by:

Our general terms and conditions additionally apply to quotes, orders, delivery and installation of products.

FRAMEO provides product, material and service information, a digital configurator and planning tools on the website. Use of the website is free of charge.

• All prices shown on the website are non-binding indicative figures and do not constitute a legal offer.
• Configurations, floor plans and planning results are for guidance only and only become binding through an individual quote.
• We may change or discontinue content, features and availability of the website at any time.

• Certain features (e.g. saving plannings, appointments, documents) require a free customer account.
• Registration requires a valid email address; only one account may exist per email address.
• Access credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms of use, are used abusively, or at the account holder's request.

• The website may only be used for private or your own business planning purposes.
• Automated extraction of content (scraping), circumventing security mechanisms or impairing the availability of the website is prohibited.
• Uploaded content (e.g. floor plans, photos) must not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
• False or abusive information during registration, the questionnaire or appointment booking is not permitted.

All website content — in particular texts, images, videos, graphics, logos and software — is protected by copyright and trademark law and is owned by IMW Ventures UG or its licensors.

Reproduction, distribution or public display beyond intended use is not permitted without our prior written consent. FRAMEO is a product of IMW Ventures UG, developed in collaboration with Blum.

• We strive for continuous availability of the website but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• The respective providers are solely responsible for the content of external links.
• We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
• Measurements from planning tools must always be verified on site before ordering; liability for damage resulting from deviations is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We may amend these terms of use with effect for the future. The current version is always available on this page. Registered users will be informed of material changes by email.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of the user's habitual residence remain unaffected.
